Fruit Pizza is a fantastic summer dessert. A crisp cookie crust is topped with cream cheese frosting and lots of fresh fruit. You can choose any fruit topping that you'd like...apples with a caramel drizzle would be lovely as well.

  • 2, 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened

Notes
**This looked so crumbly that I didn't think it would set in the oven, but it's basically a shortbread...it turned out really yummy and sturdy.
