This is my very favorite spiced cider recipe ever…it’s the perfect blend of sweet, tart, and spicy warm. It’s perfect for holiday get-togethers, or enjoying the quiet beauty of the season from your front porch.

Recipe type: Drinks
Ingredients
  • 1 64 oz. bottle of 100% apple juice (or apple cider, your pick)
  • 1 64 oz. bottle of 100% cranberry juice
  • 1 bag fresh cranberries
  • 4-5 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 t. allspice
  • ⅛th t. cloves (a pinch)
Instructions
  1. Tie ground allspice and cloves into a coffee filter and drop into a large pot. This recipe fills my 3 quart pot!
  2. Drop in cinnamon sticks and pour in cranberries.
  3. Warm over medium heat, and allow to simmer until flavors blend.
  4. Allow to cool to a safe temperature, and serve.
Notes
Leftovers may be stored in the fridge in original bottles, or pitcher. I love to fill up my Pyrex percolator carafe, as I can pop it directly on the stovetop to warm up cider for breakfast.
