A nice, crispy and quick oven fry recipe is a must have in this house. This is our family favorite version of fries.

Ingredients
Seasoning mix:
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1½ t. Greek Seasoning Mixor sub the following for Greek Seasoning Mix:
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp fine bl. pepper
  • ⅛ tsp. garlic salt
  • ⅛ tsp. onion powder
Instructions
  1. Place butter in a metal 9x13 or cookie sheet w/ sides, and put in oven to pre-heat.
  2. Wash and trim or peel 4 medium potatoes.
  3. Cut into fries, cubes or wedges as desired.
  4. Place in microwave safe bowl with 2 T. water, and cook on high for 5 minutes.
  5. While potatoes cook, blend together remaining ingredients in a gallon size plastic bag.
  6. Drain water off of potatoes, and drop into bag of spice mix.
  7. Coat potatoes with seasonings.
  8. Place in single layer in pan with the melted butter.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes, then turn fries over.
  10. Continue to bake until tender- another 10 to 15 minutes for regular sized fries, and longer for steak fries.
