Greek Spice Blend Recipe

December 7, 2012 By Gwen Brown 8 Comments

greek spice mix recipeBehold the Greek spice blend recipe of destiny.

I know this is technically “cheat” blogging, since this is the first recipe I ever posted on my blog here, but the photographs were SO awful, that I went back and added some decent pictures. The Greek dressing recipe deserves decent pictures.  It is life-changing.

If you’ve never made your own spice blends, then start here.  It’s so simple, and it’s just measuring dried herbs into a jar.  The end result is SO much more than the sum of its parts.

Sure, we love it as dressing, but this recipe has also become our house spice blend.  I keep it in a shaker jar on my counter next to the salt.
