Tulsi lavender tea is my very, very favorite relaxation tea. In the whole wide world.
This past year, and specifically the past 3 months have been THE most stressful that I think I’ve ever had. I’ve been healing from adrenal fatigue with the help of my holistic doctor, and thankfully have been so pleasantly surprised at how well I’ve been able to handle the stress.
But it’s always nice to have a little support…a little “ahhhh” at the end of a long day. Tulsi is an incredible herb that’s widely used and revered in India- they call it holy basil. It’s naturaly caffiene free, and according to Dr. Mercola, Tulsi
- Helps support your respiratory system health
- Gives you antioxidant protection against free radicals
- Provides you with a calming effect and relief from occasional stress
- Helps support your immune system
- Balances the health of your digestive system
- Helps you maintain blood sugar levels already in the normal range.
And an added bonus: it actually tastes just lovely!
Blended with lavender, tulsi takes on the most wonderful flavor. It’s gentle, subtle, relaxing…
and I love it with just a splash of half and half or cream.
There are so many wonderful blends with Tulsi. I keep the Stash Organic Lavender Tulsi on hand at all times. (And YES! I get the BIG box that I linked to in my Amazon Affiliate link.) 🙂
I also adore the Tulsi Sweet Rose by Organic India. It’s subtle with a gentle floral flavor that I also find relaxing.
Or if you enjoy blending your own teas, you can always grab a bulk bag of organic tulsi tea, and add your own lavender or floral mix. And just a dash of cream. <sigh>
I highly recommend it.

Hi Gwen,
I would be very interested to here your story on a adrenal fatigue. I have severe adrenal fatigue almost to the point that I’m bed ridden. I have been battling this for 5 long years and it’s taring me apart and my family. I’ve had to quit my job and give up my 3 children which was a devastating decision for me to make. My three year old is having such a hard time with this. I’m crying as I type this. I’m about to give up all hope and feel like a failure to my children. I’ve tried diets and hormone replacement therapy but nothing touches it. I was interested in hearing your experience with the illness and your experience with Dr. Rob. I desperately need someone that can help me and fast. My kids need there mom back.
Thanks
Dana

Hi Dana,
I shared some here about my journey: Adrenal Fatigue: the truth you haven’t heard
God bless you on your journey toward health. I pray you can work with someone who will be able to help you on that path.

Hi Dana
I know this post is old but I hope you can see this reply.
I hear you and feel your pain. I have adrenal exhaustion (severe adrenal fatigue) and am basically bed ridden.
But I am slowly improving, day by day. It’s only been 6 weeks but already am noticing positive changes.
Please look up Dr Andrew Neville and soak up as much of his information as you can!!! He has helped me so much, just through watching his videos and reading his articles etc. Life changing. He specialises in Adrenal Fatigue.
Cut out sugar, gluten, dairy and anything which will spike your blood sugar.. white rice, potatoes, corn etc.
REST all day if need be!! Get your husband and children to help (if they’re old enough) , family and friends etc. I have 4 kids aged 6-14 and they all basically run the house at the moment. I have had no choice but to surrender.
You’ll need some decent supplements too, if you’d like more info feel free to email me.
You are not alone!!
Kind regards
Nadine
